Paul Stewart is Trust Estates and Facilities Manager at Plymouth CAST, one of the largest Catholic Multi Academy Trusts in the South West of England. He is responsible for the strategic management, compliance, sustainability and long-term development of the Trust's estate portfolio, ensuring that learning environments remain safe, efficient and fit for the future.

Paul has been instrumental in driving Plymouth CAST's digital transformation agenda, championing the use of structured asset information, digital estate management and data-led decision making to improve estate performance and support sustainability objectives. Through initiatives including the Trust's Net Zero Accelerator Programme and the implementation of a digital twin environment, he has helped establish a more proactive approach to maintenance, compliance management and energy performance monitoring.
