Vicki Reynolds is Technical Director of Digital Estates at ONE Creative Environments, where she leads the delivery of digital estate, information management and digital twin solutions across education, healthcare, commercial and public sector estates. With extensive experience spanning estates management, BIM, asset information management and smart building technologies, Vicki specialises in helping organisations turn fragmented estate data into practical operational intelligence.

She has led the development of digital estate strategies, digital twin programmes, asset information standards and smart asset solutions for education clients ranging from individual schools to large Multi Academy Trusts. Her work focuses on improving estate performance through better information, predictive maintenance, energy optimisation and data-led decision making.

Vicki is also Academic Director for the Master's in BIM Management at Zigurat Institute of Technology, a CIOB Digital Advisory Panel member, Women in BIM Strategic Advisor, industry speaker and awards judge.
